Can I form a US LLC without visiting the USA?
Yes. Wyoming allows non-residents to form an LLC entirely online. We file for you and send every document digitally.
How long does it take?
A Wyoming LLC is usually approved in 1–3 business days and a UK Ltd in 24–48 hours. For US companies, the IRS issues the EIN to non-residents in about 4–6 weeks.
What do I need to provide?
A clear passport copy and a recent proof of address. We send a checklist on WhatsApp.
Will you open my bank, Stripe or PayPal account?
No. We prepare your company and guide you through each application. Every bank and payment provider makes its own approval decision.
Will I pay US tax as a non-resident?
A non-resident owner with no US-source income usually owes no US federal income tax, but a single-member LLC must still file Form 5472 with a pro-forma 1120 every year. We can file it for $149. This is general information, not tax advice.
What if my registration fails?
We refund our service fee. Government filing fees are paid to the state or Companies House and are non-refundable.
