Our story

Why I started GlobalFormations

I’m Mohammad Shah Nibraz, founder of GlobalFormations and CEO of Medianest Ltd — a UK company I run from Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh.

My background is in digital media: helping brands, charities and NGOs grow their audience and raise money online. Working with clients across borders, I kept hitting the same wall that so many freelancers and agencies in South Asia face. The tools international clients expect — Stripe, PayPal, a proper business bank account — are hard or impossible to use without a company in the right country.

So I learned to solve it myself. I set up my own UK company, then worked through the filings, banking applications and yearly compliance one step at a time — and found out which providers actually accept people from our part of the world, and which don’t.

Soon other freelancers and business owners were asking me to do the same for them. GlobalFormations grew from those requests, and our team has now formed 600+ companies for clients around the world.

We still work the way I wish someone had worked with me: clear prices with government fees shown separately, honest advice about what will and won’t work for your country, and a real person on WhatsApp at every step.
