Government costs start as soon as we file, and those can’t be recovered. So refunds depend on how far your order has progressed.
How payment works
Packages are normally paid in two parts: 50% before we file with the authority, and 50% when your formation certificate or articles are ready.
Refunds by stage

Formation guarantee
If your registration cannot be completed, we refund our service fee. Government filing fees are not refundable.
Never refundable
- Government fees once submitted
- Registered agent, office or mailing address fees once activated
- Packages where every deliverable has been delivered
Duplicate or mistaken payments
Tell us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate or incorrect amount in full.
EIN timing
For non-residents the IRS usually issues an EIN in about 4–6 weeks. Delays at the IRS or state are not grounds for a refund.

Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks for services already delivered will be disputed with documentation.
